In the Matter of the Appeal of Approval of a Critical Areas Variance to Abundant Life Church. The City Council will conduct a Closed Record Hearing on the appeal filed by the City of Orting Department of Building and Planning of the Hearing Examiner’s decision dated November 1, 2023. Pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(2), the City Council will enter into a closed session as a meeting of a quasi-judicial body which relates to a quasi-judicial matter between named parties (as distinguished from a matter having general effect on the public or on a class or group).
