Kristin is in charge of Records Management including Public Disclosure Requests, Correspondence and Public Assistance.

The police records section is responsible for holding agency records and reports. If you need to obtain a copy of a collision or police report, records can assist you with this process.

NEED A COPY OF A POLICE REPORT?

In order to obtain copies of official collision or police reports, you will be required to fill out a request for public disclosure form. This form is available in electronic format HERE.

The completed request form must be returned to the department either by fax, or by returning it to the records window located in the lobby of the police station during the following hours:

Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 12 noon, and 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
