BELLYDANCE BASICS: come learn the basic movements of Middle Eastern bellydance in a comfortable and slow-paced clsss environment. Each week will focus on certain movements within the same area of the body (lower body, core, or upper body) and students will learn proper technique and body safety of each movement. Classes are drop-in based and appropriate for beginner or intermediate experience levels.
Belly Trim: Double up your experience and get fit at the same time! Belly Trim classes will use the same body areas each week as studied in teh Bellydance Basics class!! So take your movements and let Nona teach you how to make them work for your body (and WORKOUT your body) in this fitness-geared bellydance class. Belly Trim is a fun and active way to work the body toward fitness one muscle group at a time-lower body (calves, thighs, hips, buttocks, lower abdominals), upper body (upper back, shoulders, arms, upper abdominals), core (abdominals, back) and overall toning (full body stretch and conditioning). If you love to dance and strive to be fit, then Belly Trim is the class for you!
