Baseball/Softball Programs
The Baseball and Fast-Pitch Programs play under PONY Baseball Rules.
WHY HAVE REGISTRATION RATES GONE UP?
Registration has gone up due to covering the cost of the program. We are charging what is costs to run the program without going in the red. As of July 2012, a new state law requires Parks and Recreation Programs to collect a State Sales Tax which is 8.8% of the Registration Fee. We do our best to keep the costs as low as we can as there is not a profit for the Parks and Recreation Programs.

Orting Co-Ed Adult Softball League
What: Co-Ed “D” Softball League (not competitive and 18+)
Cost: $275 Per Team (no umpire is provided, home team provides umpire for the game).
Where: Gratzer Park Fields, Orting, WA.
Registration: April 15-May 3 Waiver and Fee must be complete by May 3, drop dead is May 7th with $25 late fee.
Who: Teams must have min of 5 women and 5 men on the field at a time, 10 players total. Adults age 18 and over.
League Begins: May 10, 2013. Games are Fridays 6:30-8:00 PM.
Games: 7 innings or 90’, 9 games + single elimination playoff tournament
Min 4 Max 8 Teams

League Information
Girls:
Will be playing in the Puyallup League which varies during the week – Possible Weekends
Boys:
Will travel and be playing in various areas – Weekdays and Weekends
PeeWee T-Ball, T-Ball & Coach Pitch
(Boys & Girls Co-Ed Ages 3-8)
Practices have begun and Games will start the week of May 6th for PeeWee T-Ball, T-Ball and Coach Pitch!
League Information
Practices will depend on what the coaches sign up for. We work with the coaches and their schedules since they are volunteering their time!
PeeWee T-Ball (Ages 3 & 4 yr olds):
Games on Tuesdays at 5:30pm or 6:15pm at Whitehawk Park
T-Ball (Ages 5 & 6 yr olds):
Games on Tuesdays & Practices on Thursdays at 6pm at Lions Recreation Park
Coach Pitch (Ages 7 & 8 yr olds):
Games on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6pm at Lions Recreation Park
