Notice of development application

WHITAKER SHORT PLAT SUBDIVISION

The City of Orting has received an application on for short subdivision approval of a 2-lot subdivision on a 0.45 Acre site located at 507 Kansas Street SW. The subject parcel is 05925200320. The applicant is Leroy Surveyors & Engineers, Inc. The owner is Crystal Whitaker. The property is zoned
Residential Urban. The application would result in the eventual development of single family homes, accessed by Kansas Street SW. The City has determined that the application is complete in accordance with the Municipal Code. This proposal is exempt from environmental review under SEPA. The City intends to proceed with a review of the application. No public hearing is required. The City Administrator will make the final decision. The submitted documents may be viewed at the Orting City Hall at 110 Train Street SE during normal business hours.
